The copper mold end cap is made to give the end of the copper gutter a more distinguished appearance. Instead of having a flat end, the end matches the front profile of the copper gutter. This looks great, especially when there is a crown molding on the eave of the gabled end. Mold end caps require the copper gutter to be snipped to accept the profile on the end cap and should be installed by experienced sheet metal workers.
