Racks, Keys, and Drives are used to secure the downspouts to the wall.
The Rack is fastened to the back of the downspout. The Drive goes into the wall (there are different Drives for different wall materials), and the Key is used to hold the Drive and rack together.
The Rack, Key and Drive are hidden behind the downspout to provide no visibility of the item.
The key can easily be removed when its time to clean the downspouts.
