<p><em>This utility exports a MySQL dump of the database.
To restore data from this backup, you should run the script from
within a MySQL client application.  Note that the uploaded file
data is not backed up.  If you wish to preserve the entire
site, you should also backup the contents of the file
upload directory.</em></p>
