<p><b>Froogle File Download:</b></p>

<p>This file can be uploaded through the Froogle Merchant page.  According
to the Froogle documentation, uploaded prices are valid for 30 days so
this file must be re-uploaded at least once per month.</p>

<p><b>Yahoo File Download:</b></p>

<p>This file can be uploaded through the Yahoo Search Marketing Product Submit page.</p>

<p><b>Bulk Price Discount:</b></p>

<p>Bulk price discount allows prices to be adjusted for an entire product line
for special discount sales and such.</p>

<p><b>Bulk Upload Products:</b></p>

<p>Bulk upload allows inserting and updating product pricing information from 
a datafile.  The format must be a tab-delimited text file which can 
be generated from Excel using the "Save As..." function.  When saving
the file, select the file-type: "Text (tab-delimited) (*.txt)"  <i>Note that
older versions of Excel refer to this format a little differently.  Some
save it as a .tab file instead of .txt.</i></p>

<p>The datafile should have the following columns, preferably in the following order.  
Any additional columns will be ignored, however all of the following fields are required:</p>

<li>Product Code</li>
<li>Name</li>
<li>Summary (Material)</li>
<li>Unit of Measurement</li>
<li>Price A</li>
<li>Price B</li>
<li>Price C</li>
<li>Category Code</li>
<li>Weight</li>
</ol>
