	we use one-way encryption on all passwords
	in our system.  Even our administrator does not have access to
	your personal password. As a result, it is not possible
	to email your current password to you.  We can, however, reset and
	email you a new, random password.  If you are certain that your
	original password is lost and you would like to proceed, please enter
	your email address below and click the 'Reset Password' button.</p>
